Assisted living communities include The Orchards at Southington, Mulberry Gardens of Southington, Arbor Rose at Jerome Home and Cedar Mountain Commons.
Hartford HealthCare Center for Healthy Aging is part of Hartford HealthCare’s Senior Services and senior health network, working alongside numerous assisted living facilities and homecare services. The assessments the Center can provide will allow individuals and families to plan before an injury or illness occurs, helping to prevent accidents and make the home a place of comfort.
